Our hand-iced biscuits have a shelf life of up to 4 months from the date they are baked. Each tin or box is clearly marked with a best-before date to ensure maximum crunch and flavor.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our biscuit gifts globally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination, and you can see the calculated costs at checkout before finalizing your order.
Can I include a personalized message with my order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can add a personalized gift message which we will print on a beautiful themed card and include in your parcel at no extra cost.
Are your biscuits suitable for people with allergies?
Our standard biscuits contain wheat, milk, and eggs. While some recipes do not include nuts, all our biscuits are produced in a kitchen that handles nuts and gluten, so we cannot guarantee they are 100% allergen-free.
How do you ensure the biscuits don't break during delivery?
We take great care in our packaging. Each biscuit is individually wrapped and nestled in protective layers within our iconic illustrated tins or sturdy gift boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
