Due to the perishable nature of our hand-iced biscuits, we are unable to accept returns unless the items are damaged or incorrect. If your treats arrive in less than perfect condition, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.

If there is an issue, please take a clear photograph of the damaged product and the packaging it arrived in.

Email our support desk with your order number and the photos of your items to initiate a claim.
- 4.Resolution & Refund
Once reviewed, we will arrange for a fresh replacement to be sent out or process a full refund to your original payment method.
